Youth programs serve youth ages 16 through 24. The goal of the Youth Program is to assist eligible youth with placement in employment or post-secondary education, attainment of degrees and certifications as well as assistance with obtaining basic skills that may be deficient. Services can be assessed at the Lafayette office or through any of our express site offices.
- Services to out-of-school youth which includes “Hire Pathways” a program that combines Work Readiness classroom participation with paid work experience opportunities. Pathways includes:”Hire Pathways 4 Education”, secondary education completion
“Hire Pathways 4 College”, post-secondary education preparation and transition
“Hire Pathways 4 Careers”, career certification programs
“Hire Pathways 4 Jobs”, paid internships and On-the-Job Training
- Jobs for America’s Graduates (JAG) program which has recently expanded into several schools in our service area.
- Jobs for America’s Graduates (JAG) program serves High School Juniors and Seniors at Crawfordsville High School, Lafayette Jefferson High School, McCutcheon High School, Lafayette Oakland High School, and Twin Lakes High School.
