Weatherization
The purpose of this program is to provide construction measures on your home that will reduce your fuel consumption and thereby reduce your costs to heat your home. It is available in Benton, Fountain, Montgomery, Parke, Vermillion, and Warren Counties.

- Sidewall Insulation
- Window and Door Repair
- Furnace Tune Ups
- Replacement Furnaces
- Replacement Refrigerators
A CAP employee will come to your home to do an energy audit. The energy audit will determine which of the above measures will be completed on your house. The auditor will explain all of this to you.
Who is Eligible
Homeowners and renters alike are eligible but the household must have a total household income below the following amounts:
