Summer Fill Program

Fill your LP Gas tank during the summer months.

This statewide program for bulk fuel users runs from June 1 and ends August 31. The intent of the program is to offer eligible families the opportunity to receive heating fuel in advance of the cold winter season at reduced prices. Families who receive Summer Fill benefits will not be eligible for the regular heating benefit of the Energy Assistance Program this coming winter.

To be eligible for Summer Fill benefits families must be bulk fuel users (heat with LP or oil) and be income eligible.

Income eligibility is 150% of the poverty guidelines, which will be updated prior to the June 1st start-up date. However if the family received regular Energy Assistance benefits during the prior heating season, they are eligible for Summer Fill.
