Board of Directors

We are governed by a local Board of Directors. Three from each County we serve, which is Benton, Fountain, Montgomery, Parke, Vermillion, and Warren.

Community Action Program Scholarship

Community Action Program, Inc. of Western Indiana (CAPWI) in partnership with the Indiana Community Action Association (INCAA) are offering scholarships to graduating seniors in the amount of $1,000 for each year they attend higher education up to a maximum of 4 years.  Scholarships will be provided for four years, two years, or for Trade Association degrees through an accredited institution.  Preference will be given to low-moderate income families defined as 80% of the area median income.  Scholarships will only be awarded within the six county area serviced by Community Action Program Inc. of Western Indiana (CAPWI) which include Benton, Fountain, Montgomery, Parke, Vermillion and Warren.
